THE CHALLENGE

Dell Technologies approached Bliss XP looking for an agency specialized in developing internal campaigns to engage employees. The campaign should serve teams from all over Latin America, especially Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Panama and Colombia, create a unique communication and be interesting to everyone. Engage different teams in the same campaign it was a big challenge.

 

THE SOLUTION

The campaign took place at the same time of the World Cup 2022, so Bliss XP developed a concept that took advantage of the passion for football and the big event that was a Cup. A name was created, “Latam Residency Cup”, and a visual identity that expressed the plurality of Latin America people and their passion for football. Additionally, were also developed:

– Communication via email marketing, to encourage and inform employees.

– Gamification processes for employees to compete for prizes.

– Interactive website, with versions in Portuguese and Spanish.

– Videos with exclusive content.

THE RESULTS

Employees loved participating in the Residency Latam Cup, all the teams had competed in the campaign until the last moment. Everyone delivered excellent sales results and shared their success cases.
Bliss created an amazing combination with fun and passion for football, this way the best results were achieved.
