THE CHALLENGE

Dell called on Bliss to help with the challenge of engaging and motivating its employees to return to in-person work permanently after the covid 19 pandemic.

THE SOLUTION

We took advantage of a major event, which is part of the Dell calendar – Special Day, to create a unique moment of celebration, as well as synergy, happiness and integration between people, valuing being present.

The creative concept of this action was focused on space, looking to the future, with the joke already in the name “Spacial Day”. Now it was time to “land” the ship on the planet Dell, with the feeling of belonging: we were back.

THE RESULTS

More than 500 participants;

88 hours of event with several attractions and unique moments;

Planned activities: foodtrucks, food and drink throughout the day, electronic toys, live band, distribution of gifts, quiz, LED tunnel for photos, exclusive astronaut mascot for the event.;
