Partners Intel, McAfee, Microsoft requested that the Dell Computers teams participate in the largest sales campaign in the quarter, motivating and engaging everyone with experience actions.
Bliss was inspired by one of the most famous songs of all time – All You Need Is Love, by the Beatles – to develop a campaign full of love and transformative experiences. The concept was explored in virtual and physical pieces and also included the delivery of treats and gifts, all complemented with the joy of an artistic interaction, bringing love in the form of hugs.
An experience that engaged and connected employees in an impactful action, moving everyone. It featured free hugs, a love apple stand, a super panel where employees put words to complete the phrase “All you need is love and…” and even a complete decoration of the workplace with more than 500 balloons in heart shape. Everything to fill the company with what moves the world: love.
A challenge with sales metrics was stipulated and, from this, a team of Dell leaders highlighted the TOP performer of the quarter won 1 ticket with companion to Buenos Aires, three best sales consultants of the quarter providing an award of up to 3 trips with the right to a companion to the Hotel Spa Do Vinho in Bento Gonçalves in Serra Gaúcha. The event, organized and carried out by the Bliss team, was a successful case, with 3 months of weekly activations, impacting 250 sales consultants and more than 1000 gifts distributed.
