The client came with a single request: to engage their teams with a theme that promoted technology, challenges and entertainment based on innovation.
Our challenge was to plan an event with technology and dynamism in a place designated by the client with many difficulties in terms of lighting, decoration, electricity and ventilation.
In addition to developing the motto of the campaign, we present solutions for the space to receive decoration, sound, lighting, food, living spaces and interaction games.
The project was prepared based on technical visits and according to the floor plan of the space, in which our light designers and lighting specialists designed the best solution, thinking about the event as a whole and its installation difficulties together with the security team .
We present an LED screen with a scenographic project, a planned stage with a total view of the space, a reception tunnel that, coupled with the scenography, provided an elegant visual impact already at the reception.
The famous “Robozão”, almost three meters high, was a hit with its dances and games, more than five game options with virtual reality glasses, remote control drone arena, car racing track and even an interactive screen with option of photo printing were promoted to engage.
We play with creativity, innovate and present 100% satisfactory results to our client. It was the biggest IT event held in the company, the feedback was super positive and we reached the proposed objectives. Employees interacted, used the entire space with suggested games, participated in lectures and received their prizes and gifts at the end of the event.
