Bliss’s challenge was to create the theme, the creative concept, in addition to proposing gifts and awards for the Special Day event – which takes place at the end of every quarter at Dell, rewarding the Top Performers of each team. It is an event that always took place in a face-to-face format, but due to the pandemic it became completely virtual, which was a challenge since it is an event that values interactivity. It was divided into 2 stages: Presentation of the main initiatives and incentives for the next quarter, in addition to disclosing the results and highlights of the quarter.
We created the concept “We are all creative”, in order to encourage and tell employees that we all, in some way, have our own way of being creative in solving day-to-day challenges.
Key Visual has playful colors, but without losing the Dell identity, as it uses the chromatic palette present in its identity.
We unfolded the concept into virtual pieces – Save The Date, presentation template, trophies, etc – maintaining the consistency of the visual identity with a lot of impact and energy. We propose an interactive activity, a workshop with improvisational games, to stimulate creativity, with an audience of approximately 100 people.
The winners received trophies, certificates and “treats” in their homes – in this case, we played with creativity by sending chocolates in the form of Lego pieces to an audience of approximately 400 people.
The event, with the planning and execution of Bliss, engaged everyone, brought positive results and a little more color at the time of the pandemic.
