The client came with a single request: to engage their teams with a theme that promoted technology, challenges, and entertainment through innovation.
Our challenge was to plan a dynamic, tech-driven event in a venue provided by the client, which had several limitations in lighting, decoration, electrical setup, and ventilation.
In addition to developing the campaign’s tagline, we presented solutions for the space to accommodate decoration, sound, lighting, catering, social areas, and interactive games.
The project was developed based on technical site visits and according to the venue’s layout, in which our lighting designers and specialists designed the best solution, considering the event as a whole and the installation challenges alongside the safety team.
We presented an LED screen with a scenographic design, a stage planned for full visibility of the space, and a reception tunnel that, combined with the scenography, provided an elegant visual impact right at the entrance.
The famous “big robot,” nearly three meters tall, was a highlight with its dances and interactions. More than five game options using virtual reality headsets, a remote-controlled drone arena, a car racing track, and even an interactive screen with photo printing were set up to drive engagement.
We played with creativity, innovated, and delivered 100% satisfactory results to our client. It was the largest IT event held within the company, the feedback was highly positive, and we achieved the proposed objectives. Employees interacted, made full use of the space with the suggested games, attended the talks, and received their prizes and gifts at the end of the event.
