Bliss’s challenge was to create the theme and creative concept, as well as propose the giveaways and awards for the Special Day event—held at the end of each quarter at Dell, recognizing the top performers from each team. It was traditionally an in-person event, but due to the pandemic it became fully virtual, which posed a challenge given its emphasis on interactivity. It was divided into two stages: presenting the main initiatives and incentives for the next quarter, and sharing the results along with the highlights of the current quarter.
We created the concept “We Are All Creative,” aimed at encouraging employees and showing that, in one way or another, we all have our own way of being creative in solving everyday challenges.
The key visual features playful colors while maintaining Dell’s identity, using the color palette present in its brand guidelines.
We extended the concept into virtual assets—Save the Date, presentation templates, trophies, etc.—keeping visual consistency with strong impact and energy. We also proposed an interactive activity: an improvisation games workshop to stimulate creativity, with an audience of approximately 100 people.
Award winners received trophies, certificates, and gifts at their homes—in this case, we played with creativity by sending chocolates shaped like LEGO pieces to an audience of approximately 400 people.
The event, planned and executed by Bliss, engaged everyone, delivered positive results, and brought a bit more color to the pandemic period.
