THE CHALLENGE

With the completion of the acquisition of Liberty Seguros by the Talanx Group, an important process of integrating the brand’s assets into the HDI Group and its rebranding has begun.

Bliss had the honor and pride of actively participating in this transformation. As soon as the HDI Group announced the acquisition of Yelum, we began a strategic journey of events nationwide, aiming to present the new brand, reinforce this new phase, and strengthen relationships with insurance brokers across the country. Between 2024 and 2025, we delivered more than 80 events across Brazil, bringing the essence of Yelum to different audiences and lines of business — home, business, life, auto insurance, and more.

Each event was designed to translate, in practice, the values and differentiators of the new brand, creating experiences that inspire trust and strengthen relationships.
