THE CHALLENGE

To share information on P&G’s Citizenship and Governance topics, covering the main pillars of action and initiatives led by the company, as well as to promote interaction among P&G clients, suppliers, and partners, encouraging the development of Citizenship initiatives.

THE SOLUTION

Planning and creation of the event concept — Make The Difference, with the development of a unique key visual integrating citizenship and inclusion. Development of communication materials. Creation of special gifts (engaging suppliers: gender, ethnicity, PwD, LGBTQ+, among others). Reception of guests with special promoters (PwD), scenography for the spaces (stands), coordination of 4 rooms for external supplier speakers, lighting and sound for all rooms. Coordination of stands with themes focused on PwD – People with Disabilities, providing experiential spaces to understand how special consumers feel at points of sale and/or when using products. Supervision of catering services, ensuring coffee break and lunch for all participants.

THE ACTION

P&G invited clients and suppliers to participate in the Make The Difference – Brazil Summit 2024, where they shared P&G’s citizenship and governance topics, including an overview of the company’s main pillars and initiatives. All of this took place in an environment of interaction and exchange among clients, suppliers, and P&G partners, aiming to map and align citizenship initiatives.
