THE CHALLENGE

To create a celebratory concept for the anniversaries of Unicred branches in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Rio de Janeiro. The central challenge was the heterogeneity of the units: how to deliver a visually appealing and standardized experience for branches ranging from micro-structures to large corporate units, while maintaining low execution costs and autonomy for local managers?

Bliss Experience Planning and Solutions

We developed a strategy based on Modular Architecture, where flexibility was the cornerstone of the solution:

  • Scenarios A, B, and C: We created three assembly levels based on modular kits. The kit consisted of the same basic elements, but allowed for expansion proportional to the physical size of each agency.
  • Simplified Logistics (Self-Service): Bliss developed an intuitive assembly manual. Before each anniversary, the manager received the kit and, in an internal marketing initiative, the employees themselves assembled the scene, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Digital Engagement and Activation: We implemented QR codes on physical materials that directed users to exclusive playlists. Each branch and its associates contributed to the unit’s soundtrack, creating a unique and personalized emotional connection for each region.

THE RESULTS

  • Brand Standardization: Visual identity preserved in 100% of agencies, regardless of size.
  • Financial Efficiency: Drastic reduction in setup and team deployment costs, as the solution was designed for local implementation.
  • High Engagement: The process of assembling and creating the playlists generated a record participation rate among employees and clients.
